Program/Design Management Advisory - Small and Large Projects!
12+ years of experience providing Planning, Strategic Advisory, Design and Program Management services for the delivery of comprehensive infrastructure development projects, including airports, roadways and terminal buildings.
I have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-disciplinary teams in the fields of planning, engineering, design, architecture and construction to assist my clients in assessing, validating and procuring the key components of complex projects within an accelerated schedule.
I have also contributed to the development of new design & construction standards for my clients and have been involved in various Industry Research projects relating to nationwide infrastructure and aviation programs. In particular, I led in 2018 the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) Synthesis S03-15 for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine to inventory, memorialize and make available to the public industry best-practices in addressing the challenges and impacts of new Airlines’ Business Models on Terminal Buildings and Airports Infrastructure.
